  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.

  • Regional areas: 7–15 business days
  • Remote areas: 8–18 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order:

  • Via the tracking link provided in your email
  • Directly through your Shopify order status page

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Details

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Please ensure your address details are correct to avoid delays
  • Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available (subject to courier policy)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

We’ll work directly with Shopify and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Refusal of delivery
