Returns
Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including:
- Ordering the wrong product
- No longer wanting the item
- Taste or flavour preferences
This policy helps ensure product safety and hygiene.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange under the Australian Consumer Law if your product:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is unsafe or unfit for consumption
- Is significantly different from its description
- It is past its expiry date upon delivery
- It is not the product you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item received is incorrect
- The product is faulty or damaged
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken safety seals
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by Oz Health Supplements if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other approved cases
- We recommend using a tracked return service
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under ACL
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals
- Sale or clearance items
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
