Returns

Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Taste or flavour preferences

This policy helps ensure product safety and hygiene.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange under the Australian Consumer Law if your product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is unsafe or unfit for consumption
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • It is past its expiry date upon delivery
  • It is not the product you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product is faulty or damaged

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken safety seals

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Oz Health Supplements if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other approved cases
  • We recommend using a tracked return service

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under ACL

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Sale or clearance items

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
